淀粉酶的补充方式对育肥牛生长性能、表观消化率和血液指标的影响OA
Effects of Supplemented Method of Amylase on Growth Performance,Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Blood Parameters in Fattening Cattle
试验旨在研究淀粉酶和双层包被淀粉酶(DCA)对育肥牛增重性能、营养物质表观消化率和血液指标的影响.选用健康西门塔尔牛[体重(517.3±7.5)kg,(12.2±1.3)月龄]63头,随机分为3组,每组21头.对照组饲喂基础日粮,淀粉酶组和DCA组分别在基础日粮干物质中以淀粉酶和DCA形式添加0.6 g/kg的淀粉酶(10 000 U/g),试验预试期10 d,正试期90 d.结果表明:试验期间各组西门塔尔牛干物质采食量(DMI)和试验正试期第1天体重(BW)差异不显著(P>0.05);第45天时DCA组BW较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),第90天时DCA组BW最高,淀粉酶组次之,对照组最低.1~45 d DCA组平均日增重(ADG)较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),46~90 d和1~90 d DCA组ADG最高,淀粉酶组次之,对照组最低;试验1~90 d DCA组饲料转化效率(FCR)均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),但与淀粉酶组相比差异不显著(P>0.05).DCA组DM、有机物质(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)和淀粉的表观消化率最高,淀粉酶组次之,对照组最低;然而,DCA组和淀粉酶组间中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).DCA组血液葡萄糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)浓度最高,淀粉酶组次之,对照组最低.无论淀粉酶以哪种方式添加,血液胰岛素(INS)、尿素氮(UN)和乳酸(LA)浓度差异均不显著(P>0.05).综上,以DCA形式外源补充0.6 g/kg的淀粉酶组较直接补充0.6 g/kg的淀粉酶组可显著提高日粮养分消化率,从而促进西门塔尔育肥牛的增重性能.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of supplemental native amylase and double-coated amylase(DCA)on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and blood metabolites in fattening cattle.Sixty-three healthy Simmental cattle[body weight(517.3±7.5)kg,age(12.2±1.3)months]were ran-domly assigned to three groups of 21 head each:a control group received the basal diet only,while the amy-lase and DCA groups received the basal diet supplemented with 0.6 g amylase(10 000 U/g)per kg of dietary dry matter supplied as native amylase or DCA,respectively.The experiment consisted of a 10-day preliminary period followed by a 90-day formal trial.The results showed that dry-matter intake(DMI)and initial body weight(BW)did not differ among treatments during the experiment(P>0.05).On day 45,BW in the DCA group was already higher than that of the control(P<0.05);by day 90,the BW was highest in the DCA group,followed by the amylase group,lowest in the control group.From day 1 to 45,the average daily gain(ADG)of the DCA group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During both day 46 to 90 and the over-all 90-day period,ADG was highest in the DCA group,followed by the amylase group,lowest in the control group.During 1 to 90 d,feed conversion ratio(FCR)in the DCA group was consistently lower than that of the control(P<0.05),but did not differ from the amylase group(P>0.05).Apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP,ether extract(EE),and starch was highest in the DCA group,intermediate in the amylase group,and lowest in the control group.However,apparent digestibility of neutral-detergent fiber(NDF)and acid-detergent fiber(ADF)did not differ between the DCA and amylase groups(P>0.05),yet both were signifi-cantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Blood concentrations of glucose,total protein,and albumin were highest in the DCA group,followed by the amylase group,and lowest in the control group.Regardless of the supplemental form,no significant differences were observed in serum insulin,urea nitrogen,or lactate concentrations among treatments(P>0.05).In conclusion,supplementing 0.6 g/kg DM of amylase as DCA is superior to the native enzyme in improving nutrient digestibility and blood metabolites,thereby enhancing the growth performance of Simmental fattening cattle.
