试验旨在探究蚕豆皮与玉米秸秆混贮对肉牛生长性能、屠宰性能、瘤胃发酵参数及血液生化指标的影响.选择48头育肥期体重(245.41±15.54)kg、体况良好的鲁西黄牛,随机分为4组,每组12头,对照组主要粗饲料成分为全株玉米青贮,3个试验组分别以30%(Ⅰ组)、60%(Ⅱ组)、100%(Ⅲ组)蚕豆皮与玉米秸秆混贮代替全株玉米青贮,预试期10 d,正试期80 d.结果表明:①Ⅲ组干物质采食量较对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组显著提高(P<0.05).②Ⅲ组氨态氮(NH3-N)含量较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅲ组乙酸(AA)含量较对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅱ组丙酸(PA)含量较对照组和Ⅰ组显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的乙酸/丙酸值较对照组显著降低(P<0.05).③Ⅲ组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅲ组甘油三酯(TG)含量较对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组显著降低(P<0.05).综上所述,使用蚕豆皮与玉米秸秆混贮来代替全株玉米青贮对肉牛屠宰性能无显著影响,但可提高肉牛的采食量、促进日增重、促进瘤胃发酵、提高能量利用率.因此,可采用蚕豆皮与玉米秸秆混贮替代全株玉米青贮喂养肉牛,降低饲料成本,提高生产效益.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of mixed storage of broad bean skins and corn straw on growth performance,slaughter performance,rumen fermentation parameters and blood bio-chemical indexes of beef cattle.Forty-eight Luxi yellow cattle with a body weight of[(245.41±15.54)kg]and good body condition were randomLy divided into 4 groups with 12 cows in each group.The main roughag component of the control group was whole corn silage.Experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were mixed with 30%(group Ⅰ),60%(group Ⅱ)and 100%(group Ⅲ)broad bean husks and corn straw to replace whole corn silage,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the experimental period was 80 days.The results showed as follows:① the dry matter feed intake of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group,group I and group Ⅱ(P<0.05).② The ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)content of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The acetic acid(AA)content of group Ⅲwas significantly lower than that of the control group,group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The propi-onic acid(PA)content of group Ⅱ was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group and group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The acetic acid/propionic acid values of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).③ The alanine amino-transferase(ALT)activity in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the tri-glyceride(TG)content in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the control group,group Ⅰ,and group Ⅱ(P<0.05).In summary,the use of broad bean husk mixing instead of whole corn silage had no sig-nificant effect on slaughter performance of beef cattle,but it could improve feed intake,promote daily gain,promote rumen fermentation,improve energy utilization rate,reduce feed cost and improve production effi-ciency.Therefore,mixed storage of broad bean skin and corn stalks can be used instead of whole plant corn silage for feeding beef cattle,reducing feed costs and improving production efficiency.
