青贮芦苇对肉羊表观消化率、瘤胃发酵参数及菌群结构的影响OA
Effects of Silage Reed on Apparent Digestibility,Rumen Fermentation Parameters and Microflora Structure of Meat Sheep
试验旨在研究饲粮中以青贮芦苇替换青贮玉米对肉羊主要营养物质表观消化率、瘤胃发酵参数及菌群结构的影响.试验选用(32.00±0.20)kg、体况健康的欧拉羊×巴音布鲁克羊杂交羊40只,随机分为2个组,即青贮玉米组(CON组)和青贮芦苇组(Treat组),每组4个重复,每个重复5只羊.预试期9 d,正试期40 d.结果表明:①与CON组相比,Treat组的全期平均日增重和平均干物质采食量显著降低(P<0.05).②Treat组干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率显著低于CON组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于CON组(P<0.05).③Treat组乙酸/总挥发性脂肪酸、乙丙比显著高于CON组(P<0.05),丙酸/总挥发性脂肪酸显著低于CON组(P<0.05).④Treat组Chao1指数较CON组显著增加(P<0.05);Treat组Bacteroidtes丰度和Proteobacteria丰度有所提高,但Firmicutes丰度有所下降,经 LEfSe 分 析 后,Treat 组 Anaerostipes、Bacillus、Pseudomonas、Paludibacter、Akkermansia、Chitin-ophaga、Corynebacterium显著富集.综上所述,青贮芦苇替代青贮玉米降低了肉羊采食量和日增重,可以提高肉羊中性洗涤纤维表观消化率和乙酸含量,使瘤胃发酵向乙酸型发酵转变,增加了纤维降解菌的丰度,优化了瘤胃功能,在饲料资源短缺的情况下可以短期使用青贮芦苇替代青贮玉米.
The trial aimed to investigate the effects of replacing silage corn with silage reed in the diet on apparent digestibility,ruminal fermentation parameters,and microbial community structure in meat sheep.Forty healthy meat sheep(Oula sheep×Bayinbuluke sheep)with an average body weight of(32.00±0.20)kg were randomly divided into two groups:the corn silage group(CON group)and the silage reed group(Treat group).Each group contained 4 replicates,with 5 sheep per replicate.The trial included a 9-day adaptation period followed by a 40-day experimen-tal period.The results showed that:① compared with the CON group,the overall average daily gain(ADG)and average dry matter intake(DMI)of the Treat group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).② The digestibility of dry matter and crude pro-tein in the Treat group was significantly lower than that in the CON group(P<0.05),while the neutral detergent fiber digestibility was significantly higher than in the CON group(P<0.05).③ The Treat group showed significantly higher acetate/total vola-tile fatty acid and acetate/propionate ratios compared to the CON group(P<0.05),whereas the propionate/total volatile fatty acid ratio was significantly lower in the Treat group than in the CON group(P<0.05).④The Chao1 index of the Treat group was significantly increased compared to the CON group(P<0.05).The Treat group exhibited increased abundances of Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria but a reduced abundance of Firmicutes.LEfSe analysis revealed significant enrichment of Anaerostipes,Bacillus,Pseudomonas,Palu-dibacter,Akkermansia,Chitinophaga,and Corynebacterium in the Treat group.Silage reed replacement of silage corn decreased feed intake and daily gain of meat sheep,increased digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acetic acid content of meat sheep,transformed rumen fermentation into acetic acid fermentation,increased the abundance of fiber degrading bacteria,optimized rumen function,and silage reed could be used to replace silage corn in a short time in the case of feed resource shortage.
