桑枝叶的营养特性及其在家禽生产中的应用研究进展OA
Nutritional Properties of Mulberry Branches and Leaves and Advances in Poultry Production Applications
桑枝叶作为高营养密度的非粮饲料资源,富含优质蛋白质、均衡氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸及丰富的矿物质与维生素.其活性成分黄酮类、多糖、生物碱等通过调控核因子κB(NF-κB)、核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)等信号通路,发挥抗氧化、抗炎及降血糖功能,有效改善家禽代谢健康.在家禽日粮中适量添加桑枝叶可提升肉品质、优化蛋鸡蛋黄颜色与脂肪酸组成,并降低水禽血脂;但过量使用可能抑制生长或降低产蛋率.当前桑枝叶的应用受限于粗纤维等抗营养因子及适口性,未来需聚焦精准添加模型、酶解发酵工艺优化及跨学科技术整合,以推动桑枝叶饲料产业化与畜牧可持续发展.
As a high-nutrient-density non-grain feed resource,mulberry branches and leaves is rich in high-quality protein,balanced amino acids,unsaturated fatty acids,and abundant minerals and vitamins.Its bioactive components-such as flavonoids,polysaccharides,and alkaloids-exert antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and hypoglycemic functions by modulating signaling pathways like NF-κB and Nrf2,effec-tively improving poultry metabolic health.Moderate supplementation of mulberry branches and leaves in poultry diets enhances meat quality,optimizes yolk color and fatty acid profiles in eggs,and reduces lipid levels in waterfowl.However,excessive use may inhibit growth or lower egg production rates.Current appli-cations of mulberry branches and leaves are constrained by anti-nutritional factors and palatability limita-tions.Future research should focus on precision supplementation models,optimization of enzymatic hydroly-sis and fermentation processes,and interdisciplinary technology integration to advance the industrialization of mulberry branches and leaves-based feeds and promote sustainable livestock development.
