山药多糖生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展OA

Research Progress on Biological Functions of Yam Polysaccharides and Their Applications in Animal Production

山药(Dioscorea opposita Thunb)在我国的种植面积广泛,其主要活性物质为山药多糖.山药多糖是一种新开发并含有多种生物活性特征的物质,具有抗氧化、降血糖、调节胃肠道、免疫调节作用和促生长作用等.经试验研究发现,山药多糖在家禽、家畜、水产方面有促进动物生长、增强机体免疫器官发育、调节胃肠道健康等良好效果.文章介绍了山药多糖的化学组成、生物学功能,延展了其在动物生产中的作用等内容,进一步挖掘山药多糖的作用,以期为开发新型绿色环保添加剂、促进畜牧业健康持续发展提供相应理论依据.

Yam(Dioscorea opposita Thunb)is widely cultivated in China and its main active substance is yam polysaccharide.Yam polysaccharide is a newly developed substance with many biological activities,including antioxidant,hypoglycemic,gastrointestinal regulation,immune regulation and growth promotion.It is found that yam polysaccharide can promote the growth of animals,enhance the development of immune organs and regulate gastrointestinal health in poultry,livestock and aquatic products.This paper introduced the chemical composition biological function of yam polysaccharide,extended its role in animal production,in order to further explore the role of yam polysaccharide,in the development of new green environmental protection additives,promote the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry to provide the corresponding theoretical basis.
