辣木叶多糖在动物生产中的应用研究进展OA
Progress in Application of Moringa oleifera Leaf Polysaccharide in Animal Production
辣木(Moringe oleifera)属于多年生落叶乔木植物,是传统的中草药,辣木叶多糖是辣木叶的主要活性成分.日粮中添加适量的辣木叶多糖具有增强动物机体免疫能力、抗炎、抗氧化、改善畜禽产品品质等功能.文章主要对辣木叶多糖的提取、生物学功能及其作用机理进行综述,总结其在动物生产中的应用研究进展,以期为辣木叶多糖在动物饲料中的合理应用提供参考.
Moringa oleifera belongs to a perennial deciduous tree plant and is a traditional herb in India.Moringa leaf polysaccharide is the main active ingredient of Moringa oleifera leaf.The appropriate amount of Moringa oleifera leaf polysaccharide has the functions of improving animal growth performance,enhanc-ing animal immunity,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,and improving the quality of livestock and poultry products.This paper mainly summarizes the extraction,biological function and action mechanism of Mor-inga oleifera polysaccharide,and summarizes the application progress in animal production,in order to pro-vide reference for the rational application of Moringa oleifera polysaccharide in animal feed.
