针刺联合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症的疗效观察OA
Observation of the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating childhood autism
目的 观察针刺联合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症的临床疗效.方法 将96 例孤独症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48 例.对照组予以行为分析训练,观察组在此基础上予以脑肠共调针刺.比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、儿童孤独症行为量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)评分、儿童孤独症评定量表(childhood autism rating scale,CARS)评分、孤独症治疗评估量表(autism treatment evaluation checklist,ATEC)评分、血清脑源性神经生长因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)和γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)水平,并比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗后,两组中医证候积分、ABC、CARS和 ATEC 各项评分(除外对照组表达能力)均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组血清 BDNF 水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清 GABA 水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组总有效率为87.5%,高于对照组的 64.6%(P<0.05).结论 脑肠共调针刺联合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症可降低中医证候积分,减轻临床症状,调节血清GABA和BDNF 水平.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treating childhood autism.Method Ninety-six patients with autism were randomized into an observation group or a control group,each consisting of 48 cases.The control group underwent behavioral analysis training;in addition,the observation group received brain-gut co-adjustment acupuncture treatment.Before and after treatment,the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the autism behavior checklist(ABC)score,the childhood autism rating scale(CARS)score,the autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)score,and the serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)were compared.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,both groups demonstrated decreases in the TCM symptom,ABC,CARS,and ATEC scores(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum BDNF level dropped in both groups(P<0.05)and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the serum level of GABA increased in both groups(P<0.05)and was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group achieved a total effective rate of 87.5%,higher than 64.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Brain-gut co-adjustment acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can reduce the TMC symptom score,alleviate clinical symptoms,and regulate serum GABA and BDNF levels in treating childhood autism.
