电揿针联合中药治疗甲状腺结节的疗效观察OA
Clinical observation on the efficacy of electrical intradermal needle combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules
目的 观察电揿针联合行气化痰消瘿方治疗甲状腺结节(thyroid nodule,TN)的临床疗效.方法 将 50例TN 患者随机分为中药联合电揿针组和中药组,每组25 例.两组均进行生活方式调整等基础治疗,中药组口服行气化痰消瘿方,中药联合电揿针组在中药组的基础上进行电揿针治疗.治疗前后分别记录 TN 最大横径和体积、中医证候积分、焦虑状态评分、甲状腺激素水平及超声疗效和中医证候疗效.结果 中药联合电揿针组治疗后结节最大横径和体积、中医证候积分及焦虑状态评分下降(P＜0.05),中药组治疗后中医证候积分、焦虑状态评分下降(P＜0.05).与中药组比较,中药联合电揿针组治疗后甲状腺结节最大横径、中医证候积分及焦虑状态评分降低(P＜0.05),中药联合电揿针组超声总有效率和中医证候总有效率升高(P＜0.05).结论 电揿针联合行气化痰消瘿方能更好地提高TN 临床疗效,缩小结节横径、体积,改善中医证候积分和焦虑评分.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electrical intradermal needle combined with the Qi-regulating,phlegm-resolving,and goiter-dissipating prescription in the treatment of thyroid nodules(TN).Method Fifty patients with TN were randomly divided into a Chinese herbal medicine plus electrical intradermal needle group and a Chinese herbal medicine group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups received basic interventions such as lifestyle modification.The Chinese herbal medicine group was treated with oral administration of the Qi-regulating,phlegm-resolving,and goiter-dissipating prescription,while the combined group received electrical intradermal needle therapy in addition to the same herbal treatment.Before and after treatment,the maximum transverse diameter and volume of thyroid nodules,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,anxiety scores,thyroid hormone levels,and adverse reactions were recorded.Result After treatment,the Chinese herbal medicine plus electrical intradermal needle group demonstrated significant decreases in nodule maximum transverse diameter and volume,TCM syndrome scores,and anxiety scores(P＜0.05);the TCM syndrome scores and anxiety scores of the Chinese herbal medicine group were also significantly reduced(P＜0.05).Compared with the Chinese herbal medicine group,the Chinese herbal medicine plus electrical intradermal needle group showed significantly greater reductions in the maximum transverse diameter of thyroid nodules,TCM syndrome scores,and anxiety scores after treatment(P＜0.05);the total effective rate of ultrasound and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the Chinese herbal medicine plus electrical intradermal needle group increased(P＜0.05).Conclusion Electrical intradermal needle combined with the Qi-regulating,phlegm-resolving,and goiter-dissipating prescription can more effectively improve the clinical efficacy in patients with thyroid nodules by reducing nodule transverse diameter and volume,improving TCM syndrome scores and anxiety status,with few adverse reactions.
