益气健脾方联合奥沙利铂与替吉奥化疗方案对中晚期胃癌患者消化道反应及免疫功能的影响OA

Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqi Jianpi Formula combined with the Oxaliplatin and SOX regimen on gastrointestinal adverse reactions and immune function in patients with middle-advanced stage gastric cancer.Methods:Sev-enty patients with middle-advanced stage gastric cancer admitted to Anhui Provincial Acupuncture Hospital from February 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional group and a treatment group using a random number table,with 35 patients in each group.Patients in the conventional group received SOX chemotherapy,while pa-tients in the treatment group received Yiqi Jianpi Formula in addition to the SOX regimen.One treatment cycle consisted of 21 days,and both groups were treated for 3 cycles.The Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score,peripheral blood T cell markers(CD3⁺,CD4⁺and CD8⁺),levels of inflammatory mediators(IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α),and levels of tumor markers(CEA,CA125 and CA199)were observed in both groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and gastrointestinal adverse reactions(nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,decreased appetite and oral mucositis)were recorded after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group(65.7%)was higher than that in the conventional group(28.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,serum levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),interleu-kin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)decreased in both groups compared to before treatment,with the treatment group showing lower levels,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the proportions of CD3 ⁺ and CD4 ⁺ cells decreased,and the level of CD8 ⁺ cells increased in the conventional group.In contrast,the proportions of CD3⁺and CD4⁺cells and the KPS score increased in the treatment group,and were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,while the proportion of CD8⁺cells decreased and was signifi-cantly lower than that in the conventional group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,decreased appetite and oral mucositis occurred in both groups,but the incidence of each adverse reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the conven-tional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The use of Yiqi Jianpi Formula combined with the SOX regimen in treating middle-advanced stage gastric cancer can effectively control disease progres-sion,reduce inflammatory response,improve quality of life and modulate tumor marker levels.Additionally,it can promote the supplementation of spleen-stomach Qi,significantly enhance immune regulation,and reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions.
