薄层色谱一标多测方法在逍遥丸中的应用OA

目的:建立薄层色谱一标多测方法,鉴别逍遥丸中的多味药材,既能控制中成药的质量,又能够提高检验速度,节约成本.方法:依据逍遥丸中不同药材所含成分的特性,实验通过优化供试品溶液的制备方法、展开系统、筛选不同的显色剂,一种色谱系统同时鉴别当归、白术2味药材,另一种色谱系统同时鉴别白芍、甘草,建立薄层色谱一标多测的方法.结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度较好,比移值(Rf)适中,方法专属性、重复性、耐用性均符合要求.结论:薄层色谱一标多测方法科学合理,简便,快速,可有效提高检验效率,为同时含有当归、白术和白芍、甘草的中药制剂的鉴别方法提供了新的思路.

Objective:To establish a thin-layer chromatography with one standard and multiple measurement method for the identification of multiple medicinal materials in Xiaoyao Pills,aiming to control the quality of Chinese patent medi-cine while improving testing efficiency and reducing costs.Methods:Based on the characteristics of components present in different medicinal materials in Xiaoyao Pills,the experiment was carried out by optimizing the preparation method of the test solution,developing the system,and screening different chromogenic agents.One chromatographic system was devel-oped for the simultaneous identification of Danggui and Baizhu,while another system was developed for the simultaneous identification of Baishao and Gancao,thereby establishing a thin-layer chromatography with one standard and multiple measurement method.Results:The thin-layer chromatography spots were clear with good separation and appropriate reten-tion factor(Rf)values.The method demonstrated satisfactory specificity,repeatability and durability.Conclusion:The thin-layer chromatography with one standard and multiple measurement method is scientific,rational,simple and rapid.It can effectively improve testing efficiency and provides a new approach for the identification of Chinese herba preparations con-taining Danggui,Baiazhu,Baishao and Gancao.
