医疗游戏辅导在学龄期隐匿性阴茎患儿围术期护理中的应用OA

Objective To explore the effects of medical game counseling on anxiety and pain in school-age children undergoing concealed penis surgery.Methods The study selected 60 children who were admitted to the Pediatric Surgery Department at a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Bozhou to undergo concealed penis surgery from July 2024 to June 2025.They were randomly assigned to either the intervention group(n=30)or the control group(n=30)according to a random number table.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group additionally received medical game counseling.The Chinese version of the Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale(cm-YPAS)and the Wong-Baker FACES Pain Rating Scale were used to assess preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain in both groups.Results After the intervention,anxiety scores on the surgery day decreased in both groups,with the intervention group showing significantly lower anxiety scores than the control group(P<0.05).The intervention group also showed lower pain scores at 6 h,12 h and 24 h postoperatively than the control group(P<0.05);repeated measures analysis of variance revealed significant group,time and interaction effects(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical game counseling is worthy of clinical promotion,as it effectively alleviates perioperative anxiety and reduces postoperative pain in school-age children undergoing concealed penis surgery.
