安徽省安庆市近年来多次开展水库除险加固工程,已优先消除一部分问题突出、重点水库的安全隐患,但当前防汛形势依然严峻.水文分析计算是除险加固的重要组成部分,是防洪能力复核的基础和必要先行条件,其成果的科学、合理、可靠性直接决定防洪能力复核结论的准确性、可靠性.只有精确排查水库问题,才能为后续除险加固工作提供科学指导.鉴于安庆地区河道型水库较少,以潜山市幸福河水库为例,进行河道型水库洪水计算分析.结论对圩区河道型水库治理具有一定的参考价值.

In recent years,several rounds of reservoir reinforcement projects have been implemented in Anqing City,Anhui province to eliminate potential safety hazards.Hydrological analysis and calculation form a critical component of such reinforcement projects and serve as the basis for flood control capacity verification.The scientific reliability of these calculations directly determines the accuracy of flood control assessment results.Only by accurately identifying existing reservoir problems can effective reinforcement measures be implemented.Considering the limited number of channel-type reservoirs in the Anqing region,the Xingfuhe reservoir in Qianshan city was selected as a case study to conduct flood calculation analysis using the comprehensive runoff coefficient method.The results provide a useful reference for flood analysis and management of channel-type reservoirs in polder areas.
