基于大功率的渭河水砂分离设备技术改造探析OA

针对水砂分离设备出砂含水率偏高以及在渭河采砂时效率低、适应性不足等问题,在分析渭河采砂现状的基础上,提出在现有设备基础上新增振动筛,对传送带进行优化设计和改造,在水砂分离设备安装高精度数字传感器,并对技术方案进行实验探讨.结果显示,这些改进能够使出砂含水消减率由 1.27%提高到 2.14%,大幅提高水砂分离的效率,可为河道采砂研究提供借鉴.

To address the problems of high moisture content in discharged sand and low operational efficiency of sand-water separation equipment during sand mining in the Weihe River,a technical improvement scheme was proposed.Based on an analysis of the current sand mining conditions,a vibrating screen was added to the existing system,the conveyor belt was redesigned and optimized,and high-precision digital sensors were installed on the separation equipment.Experimental evaluation of the improved system shows that the moisture reduction rate of discharged sand increased from 1.27%to 2.14%,significantly improving separation efficiency.The study provides useful insights for technological improvements in river sand mining equipment.
