为探明外源褪黑素(MT)缓解盐胁迫对矮牵牛生长的抑制作用,本试验采用室内盆栽方式,以矮牵牛'海市蜃楼'幼苗为试材,设置5个处理,即空白组(CK1)、NaCl胁迫组(CK2:100 mmol·L-1 NaCl)、MT组(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl 胁迫下喷施不同浓度褪黑素溶液——T1:50 μmol·L-1 MT;T2:100 μmol·L-1 MT;T3:200μmol·L-1 MT),共处理16 d,研究叶面喷施不同浓度褪黑素对盐胁迫下矮牵牛生长及生理特性的影响.结果表明,NaCl胁迫显著降低矮牵牛幼苗株高、茎粗、根长等;叶面喷施不同浓度褪黑素能够提高盐胁迫下矮牵牛幼苗株高、茎粗、根长、叶片数、鲜重和干重,增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,增加叶片叶绿素含量,其中200 μmol·L-1 MT处理缓解矮牵牛幼苗受盐胁迫抑制的效果最佳.相关性分析表明,SOD活性、叶绿素含量、株高、叶片数、茎粗、根长、鲜重之间呈极显著正相关.综上,外源MT能够通过提高SOD活性、抑制MDA积累、提高叶绿素含量等途径缓解NaCl胁迫对矮牵牛幼苗生长产生的抑制作用.该研究结果可为土壤盐渍化地区矮牵牛的园林绿化及高效栽培提供技术依据.

In order to explore the effect of exogenous melatonin(MT)on alleviating inhibitory of salt stress to growth of Petunia hybrida,the pot experiment was carried out in laboratory.The seedlings of P.hybri-da'Mirage'were used as test materials.Five treatments were set as blank group(CK1),NaCl stress group(CK2:100 mmol·L-1 NaCl),MT groups including spraying 50 μmnol·L-1 MT(T1),100 μmol·L-1 MT(T2)and 200 μmol·L-1 MT(T3)based on 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress for 16 days.The effects of different concen-trations of MT on growth and physiological characteristics of P.hybrida under salt stress were studied.The re-sults showed that NaCl stress significantly reduced the plant height,stem diameter and root length of P.hybri-da seedlings.Spraying different concentrations of MT on leaves could improve the plant height,stem diameter,root length,leaf number,fresh weight and dry weight of P.hybrida seedlings under salt stress,enhanced the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,decreased the malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and increased the chlorophyll content in leaves.Among them,200 μmol·L-1 MT treatment had the best effect on alleviating NaCl stress.Correlation analysis showed that there were significantly positive correlations between SOD activity,chlorophyll content,plant height,leaf number,stem diameter,root length and fresh weight.In summary,ex-ogenous MT could alleviate the inhibitory effect of NaCl stress on growth of P.hybrida seedlings by increasing SOD activity,inhibiting MDA accumulation and increasing chlorophyll content.The results of this study could provide technical bases for landscaping and efficient cultivation of P.hybrida in soil salinization area.
