山东大豆品种耐荫性评价及鉴定指标筛选OA
Index Screening for Evaluation and Identification of Soybean Variety Shade Tolerance in Shandong Province
为筛选出适合山东大豆间作种植模式的耐荫大豆品种,本研究以齐黄34和山东省近三年审定的15个大豆新品种为对象,通过田间遮荫试验,系统测定分析16个大豆品种成熟期的关键农艺性状及产量,并基于主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析对其耐荫性进行综合评价.结果表明,10个农艺性状的耐荫系数通过降维处理共提取出3个主成分,其累计贡献率达74.342%.基于耐荫性综合评价值(D值)的聚类分析将16个大豆品种划分为强耐荫型、中度耐荫型和弱耐荫型3个等级,分别包含2个、5个和9个品种.采用逐步回归分析方法建立了耐荫评价模型,最终确定节间长、节数、单株粒重、小区产量和百粒重这5个性状作为大豆耐荫性评价指标.该研究结果不仅可为山东间套作种植模式的品种优化配置提供理论支撑和实践指导,也可为大豆耐荫遗传改良提供种质资源.
To select shade-tolerant soybean varieties suitable for intercropping systems in Shandong Prov-ince,Qihuang 34 and other 15 newly released soybean varieties from the past three years in Shandong Province were treated by shading in field.The key agronomic traits at maturity and the yield of the 16 soybean varieties were systematically measured.By using the principal component analysis,membership function analysis and cluster analysis,a comprehensive evaluation on shade tolerance of the tested varieties was conducted.The results showed that 10 agronomic traits could be integrated into three principal components based on the shade tolerance coefficient,and their cumulative contribution rate was 74.342%.Based on the comprehensive shade tolerance e-valuation value(D value),the 16 varieties could be classified into three shade tolerance levels:2 belonged to highly shade-tolerant type,5 belonged to moderately shade-tolerant type,and 9 belonged to weakly shade-toler-ant type.Ultimately,a shade tolerance evaluation model was constructed through multiple linear stepwise regres-sion analysis,and five agronomic traits including internode length,number of nodes,grain weight per plant,plot yield and 100-grain weight were selected as the evaluation indicators.The findings could not only offer the theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing variety allocation in intercropping and relay cropping systems in Shandong Province,but also provide germplasm resources for the genetic improvement of soybean shade tolerance.
