基于医易崇阳理念探讨阳气对季节性情感障碍的影响OA

This paper aims to deeply analyze the inherent correlation between the concept of Medicine Change Advocating Yang and seasonal affective disorder(SAD),so as to provide new insights for the in-depth understanding and preventive-therapeutic practice of SAD.Firstly the core essence of the thought of advocating yang in traditional culture and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories was reviewed,the pivotal role of yang qi in human life activities was elucidated,and the pathogenesis of SAD was discussed in depth.Guided by the concept of Medicine Change Advocating Yang,from the perspective of yin-yang imbalance,this paper expounds the regulation rules of visceral yin-yang in winter combined with the theory of twelve sovereign hexagram.Based on the thought of advocating yang,we propose the syndrome differentiation and treatment of SAD from the viscera including the heart,liver,spleen and kidney,and further summarize key points relevant to the prevention and treatment of SAD,covering specific therapeutic methods such as warming yang and tonifying kidney and soothing liver and regulating qi,as well as preventive measures including regulating lifestyle and diet.We hope to provide a novel academic perspective for the theoretical research and clinical prevention and treatment of SAD guided by the concept of Medicine Change Advocating Yang.
