阻抗法是实现经络穴位客观化检测的重要技术方法,近三十年取得了长足发展.本综述旨在系统梳理其在电学特性、生物物理学机制、测量方法以及临床应用四个方面的研究现状.通过对国内外关键文献的解读,归纳出当前研究的四个方面:①经穴电学特性研究证实了其"低阻抗"的相对特异性,且该特性可动态响应生理周期与病理状态的改变,呈现出作为生物学表征指标的潜力;②在生物学机制上,已形成包括结缔组织学说、神经-体液调节等多维度的理论假说,正逐步深化对经穴低阻抗现象的本质认识;③在技术方法学上,测量系统正朝着高精度、高稳定性和可穿戴方向持续创新,四电极法、柔性电极等技术显著提升了数据的可靠性与应用场景;④在临床应用上,该方法可以在特定疾病的辅助诊断、状态评估等方面解决诸多不规范问题,为穴位测定提供了客观化参考依据.本文指出了从"机制融合、技术优化"到"临床转化深化"的未来发展路径,系统性地将阻抗测量这一现代电生理学证据,与中医经络腧穴的"节点-通路"理论进行体系化关联.

The impedance method is an important technical approach for the objective detection of meridian acupoints and has achieved considerable development over the past decades.This review aims to systematically summarize the current state of research in four areas:electrical properties,biophysical mechanisms,measurement methods,and clinical applications.Through an analysis of key domestic and international literature,four main aspects are concluded.① Studies on the electrical properties of acupoints have confirmed the relative specificity of their"low-impedance"characteristic,which can dynamically respond to changes in physiological cycles and pathological states,thereby showing potential as a biological characterization indicator.②With regard to biological mechanisms,multi-dimensional theoretical hypotheses have been proposed,including the connective tissue theory and neurohumoral regulation,which are progressively deepening the essential understanding of the low-impedance phenomenon at acupoints.③ In terms of technological methodology,measurement systems have continued to evolved towards higher precision,greater stability,and improved wearability,with technologies such as the four-electrode method and flexible electrodes significantly enhancing data reliability and application scenarios.④In clinical practice,this method provides an objective reference for acupoint identification and may help address the lack of standardization in areas such as the auxiliary diagnosis and condition assessment of specific diseases.This review points out a future development path from"mechanism integration and technology optimization"to"deepened clinical translation".For the first time,it systematically associates the modern electrophysiological evidence from impedance measurement with the"node-pathway"theory of meridians and acupoints in traditional Chinese medicine.
