基于文献计量学的针灸与全息理论的研究现状分析OA

Objective:To investigate the development trajectory,academic collaboration patterns,and current research status of acupuncture and holographic theory,thereby promoting further advancement in this field.Methods:An advanced search was conducted in the Web of Science Core Collection database.CiteSpace software was employed to visualize analysis of publication output,keywords,international collaboration,authors,and journals within the research domain.Results:Over the past five years,the annual number of publications in this field has remained stable at a peak level.China has produced the largest number of publications,while the United States has been the major participant in and driving force behind international collaboration.International journals have formed two major clusters:a traditional medicine journal cluster represented by the Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and a mainstream international general medicine and evidence-based medicine journal cluster represented by Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews and JAMA.As an independent and mature system,holographic theory has extended to integrative and complementary medicine,nursing,rehabilitation,general practice,internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,and pediatrics.It has been applied to a wide range of conditions,including acute and chronic pain,functional disorders,and even severe chronic diseases.Conclusions:Research in this field has gradually evolved from early theoretical discussions and validation of localized therapies into an interdisciplinary area of study.At present,greater efforts are needed to strengthen standardized and high-quality collaborative research among authors and institutions.
