机械臂在经济作物采收中的应用现状与展望OA
Development status and prospect of application of robotic arm in cash crop harvesting process
为分析机械臂在农业经济作物采收中面临复杂环境下的识别能力和采摘精度,梳理了各种经济作物采摘机器人的关键技术研究进展,指出当前国内农业机械臂采收仍面临果园复杂环境下果实识别精度受光照、枝叶遮挡影响,多机械臂协同作业效率低、不同地形适配性不足等关键问题.重点阐述了机械臂在猕猴桃、苹果、草莓、西红柿、葡萄、茄子等果蔬采收中的应用现状,分析了图像识别、运动规划、多臂协同、末端执行器设计等核心技术的研究成果,以及不同作物采收机械臂的结构设计、作业方式与采收效率.研究明确了现阶段农业机械臂在识别算法、智能化一体化、区域发展均衡性等方面的短板,并提出了针对性发展建议.研究成果为农业机械臂在经济作物采收中的技术优化、装备研发提供了理论参考与实践支持,对推动农业采摘的智能化、信息化与产业化发展具有一定意义.
To analyze the recognition capability and picking accuracy of robotic arms in the harvesting of agricultural cash crops under complex environments,the research progress of key technologies for various cash crop picking robots was reviewed,and it was pointed out that key problems such as the influence of illumination and branch/leaf occlusion on fruit recognition accuracy in complex orchard environments,low efficiency of multi-arm collaborative operation,and insufficient adaptability to different terrains were still faced by current domestic agricultural robotic arm harvesting.The application status of robotic arms in the harvesting of fruits and vegetables such as kiwifruit,apples,strawberries,tomatoes,grapes,and eggplants was emphatically expounded,the research achievements of core technologies including image recognition,motion planning,multi-arm collaboration,and end-effector design were analyzed,as well as the structural design,operation modes,and harvesting efficiency of robotic arms for different crops.The shortcomings of current agricultural robotic arms in terms of recognition algorithms,intelligent integration,and balanced regional development were identified by the research,and targeted development suggestions were proposed.The research results provide theoretical reference and practical support for the technological optimization and equipment development of agricultural robotic arms in cash crop harvesting,and have certain significance for promoting the intelligent,information-based,and industrialized development of agricultural picking.
