适于山地丘陵环境作业的自走式充电车设计与试验研究OA
Design and testing of a self-propelled charging vehicle for agricultural operations in hilly and mountainous terrains
针对我国山地丘陵地区普遍存在的电力基础设施薄弱、地形崎岖复杂等严重制约农业机械化发展的关键问题,设计并验证了一款自走式充电车,以应对农业装备在野外作业中面临的能源持续供给难题.基于系统设计与工程试验相结合的研究方法,以提升复杂地形下的能源供给能力为目标,通过集成高扭矩双电机驱动系统,显著增强了车辆的爬坡性能与地形通过能力,从而提高了在崎岖环境中的作业效率.该车采用模块化功能设计,可为多种电动农具提供轮换式持续电力支持,并配备高防护等级的防水密封载物舱,保障其在雨雪等恶劣天气下的可靠运行与负载安全.通过理论建模与现场试验验证,样机在坡度达 27.8°的碎石坡恶劣地形中,一次通过率达到 86.9%,满电状态下可持续供电与运输作业7~8 h,且控制系统运行稳定.该车融合了高通过性底盘、大容量灵活供电及重载物资运输等多项技术,有效缓解了山地丘陵地区农业装备"能源供给难"这一核心困境,为推动该类地区的农业机械化与智能化发展提供了创新性的技术装备支撑.
Addressing the critical challenges of underdeveloped power infrastructure and complex,rugged terrain in China's mountainous and hilly regions,which severely constrain agricultural mechanization,this study designed and validated a self-propelled charging vehicle to tackle the persistent issue of energy supply for agricultural equipment operating in such environments.To overcome this challenge and achieve sustainable energy supply for agricultural machinery in complex terrains,a combined approach of systematic design and engineering testing was adopted.By integrating a high-torque dual-motor drive system,the vehicle's climbing performance and terrain adaptability were enhanced,thereby improving its operational efficiency in difficult landscapes.Through modular functional design,it provides rotational and continuous power support for various common electric agricultural tools.Additionally,it is equipped with a high-grade waterproof sealed cargo compartment to ensure reliable operation and load protection under harsh weather conditions such as rain and snow.Through theoretical modeling and field tests,the prototype achieved a one-time pass rate of 86.9%on a gravel slope with a gradient of 27.8° under terrain conditions.When fully charged,it can sustain power supply and transport operations for 7~8 h with reliable control.The vehicle integrates technologies such as a highly mobile chassis,large-capacity flexible power supply,and heavy-duty backup material transport,effectively alleviating the core problem of"difficult energy supply"faced by agricultural equipment in mountainous and hilly areas.It provides innovative technical equipment support for advancing agricultural mechanization and intelligence in such regions.
