提高1日龄雏鸡传染性支气管炎活疫苗喷雾免疫定植率的试验研究OA
Research on Improving the Colonization Rate of Spray Immunization Vaccine for Infectious Bronchitis in Hatchery
为优化孵化场雏鸡喷雾免疫操作工艺,建立科学、规范的免疫效果评价方法.本研究以孵化场喷雾免疫后雏鸡咽腭拭子中传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)疫苗株核酸阳性率作为免疫定植率的判定依据,通过调整单次喷雾剂量、免疫环境温度与光照强度等参数,检测免疫后 3~5 d雏鸡咽腭拭子IBV疫苗株阳性率,分析不同操作条件对免疫定植效果的影响.结果表明,采用喷雾压力0.4 MPa、稀释剂量14 mL/100只,在光照强度100 lx、环境温度29~30℃条件下进行喷雾免疫,可获得更佳的免疫定植效果;免疫后 4~5 d采用规范采样与检测方法,能够准确、有效地评价雏鸡传染性支气管炎疫苗喷雾免疫效果.
To optimize the spray immunization procedure for chicks in hatcheries and establish a scientific and standardized method for evaluating immune efficacy.This study used the nucleic acid positive rate of infectious bron-chitis vaccine strain in pharyngeal-palatal swabs of chicks after hatchery spray immunization as the indicator of im-mune colonization rate.By adjusting the spray immunization operation parameters,such as single spray dose and im-munization environmental conditions(temperature,light intensity,etc.),the positive rate of infectious nucleic acid in the pharyngeal and palatal swabs of chicks 3-5 days after different immunization operations was detected,and the influence of each factor on the immunization effect was analyzed.The results showed that spray immunization with a pressure of 0.4 MPa and a spray dose of 14 mL/100chicklings,under conditions of light intensity above 100 lx and room tem-perature of 29-30℃,could achieve better immunization effects.Standard sampling and testing 4-5 days after immu-nization could effectively evaluate the spray immunization effect of infectious bronchitis.
