本研究旨在评估饮水中添加 25-羟基维生素 D3 复合物对商品肉鸡生长性能、免疫抗体和血液生化指标的改善效果.选取两栋环境一致的鸡舍,每栋饲养罗斯 308 肉鸡 31 000 只.试验组饮水中添加 25-羟基维生素D3 复合物(100 mL/100 kg水),对照组不添加,试验周期 42 d.结果发现:试验组出栏均重(2 657 g/只)较对照组(2 607 g/只)提高 50 g,料肉比(1.573)低于对照组(1.582),累计死淘率降低 1.12%;试验组血清 25-羟基维生素 D3 浓度(97.94 ng/mL)显著高于对照组(76.24 ng/mL)(P<0.05);新城疫抗体效价(4.87)显著高于对照组(3.00)(P<0.05),H9N2 抗体效价两组无显著差异;试验组钙、磷浓度及钙磷乘积显著升高(P<0.05),淀粉酶、肌酐指标显著降低(P<0.05),白球比及谷草/谷丙比显著升高(P<0.05).综上表明,在饮水中添加25-羟基维生素 D3 复合物可显著提高肉鸡钙磷代谢水平,增强对新城疫疫苗的免疫应答,提高生长性能,在肉鸡规模化生产中具有良好的应用前景.

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of supplementing 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 complex in drinking wa-ter on the growth performance,immune antibody levels,and blood biochemical parameters of commercial broilers.Two environmentally consistent chicken houses were selected,each housing 31,000 broilers of the 308 breed.The experi-mental group received 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 complex in their drinking water(100 mL per 100 kg of water),while the control group did not.The results showed that the average slaughter weight in the experimental group(2 657 g/bird)was 50 g higher than that in the control group(2 607 g/bird).The feed conversion ratio(1.573)was lower than that of the control group(1.582),and the cumulative mortality rate decreased by 1.12%.The serum 25-OH-D3 concentration in the experimental group(97.94 ng/mL)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.24 ng/mL)(P<0.05).The ND antibody titer(4.87)was significantly higher than that of the control group(3.00)(P<0.05),while no signifi-cant difference was observed in the H9N2 antibody titers between the two groups.The experimental group showed sig-nificantly increased serum calcium and phosphorus concentrations and calcium-phosphorus product(P<0.05),significantly reduced amylase and creatinine levels(P<0.05),and significantly increased albumin/globulin ratio and AST/ALT ratio(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 complex to drinking water can significantly improve cal-cium and phosphorus metabolism,enhance the immune response to Newcastle disease vaccines,and improve growth performance in broilers,demonstrating promising application potential in large-scale broiler production.
