滋润霜联合洁尔阴洗液治疗脾肾两虚型女性慢性外阴瘙痒的临床研究OA
Clinical study on the combined use of Moisturizing cream and Jie'eryin wash for treating chronic vulvar itching in women with spleen-kidney deficiency
目的 评价滋润霜联合洁尔阴洗液治疗脾肾两虚型女性慢性外阴瘙痒(VP)的临床疗效及安全性.方法 采用随机对照试验,选取 2024 年 3 月～2025 年 5 月就诊的脾肾两虚型女性慢性 VP 患者 70 例,随机分为试验组(滋润霜联合洁尔阴洗液外治)和对照组(洁尔阴洗液外治)各 35 例,疗程 1 个月.观察治疗前后瘙痒视觉模拟评分(VAS)、皮损评分及中医证候积分,评价临床有效率,随访 3 个月观察复发率及不良反应.结果 共 68 例完成研究,试验组和对照组各 34 例,两组疗效等级分布差异具有统计学意义(U=727.000,P=0.032),试验组总有效率高于对照组(97.06%vs 85.29%),试验组治愈率高于对照组(76.47%vs 52.94%).治疗后,试验组瘙痒评分改善优于对照组(U=414.00,P=0.041);皮损评分改善的组间差异处于临界统计学水平(U=425.500,P=0.05);中医证候积分改善优于对照组(U=302.500,P=0.001).两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(3.85%vs 11.11%,P=0.558).两组均未发生严重药物相关不良事件.结论 滋润霜联合洁尔阴洗液可显著改善脾肾两虚型女性慢性VP 症状,疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Moisturizing cream combined with Jie'eryin wash in treating spleen-kidney deficiency type chronic vulvar pruritus(VP)in women.Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted involving 70 female patients with chronic VP due to spleen-kidney deficiency,who sought treatment between March 2024 and May 2025.Participants were randomly assigned to either the experimental group(topical application of Moisturizing cream combined with Jie'eryin wash)or the control group(topical application of Jie'eryin wash only),each comprising 35 patients.The treatment course lasted one month.Visual analog scale(VAS)scores for pruritus,skin lesion scores,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were assessed before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy rates were evaluated,with 3-month follow-up monitoring for recurrence rates and adverse reactions.Results 68 cases completed the study,with 34 cases in each of the experimental and control groups.Statistically significant differences existed in the distribution of efficacy grades between groups(U=727.000,P=0.032).The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(97.06%vs 85.29%),and the cure rate was also higher in the experimental group(76.47%vs 52.94%).Post-treatment itch scores improved more significantly in the experimental group than the control group(U=414.00,P=0.041).The difference in improvement of skin lesion scores between groups was at the borderline of statistical significance(U=425.500,P=0.05).Improvement in TCM syndrome scores was superior to the control group(U=302.500,P=0.001).The recurrence rate was lower in the experimental group than in the control group(3.85%vs 11.11%,P=0.558),but the difference between groups was not statistically significant.No serious drug-related adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion The combination of Moisturizing cream and Jie'eryin wash solution significantly improves symptoms of chronic VP in women with spleen-kidney deficiency pattern.It demonstrates reliable efficacy and high safety,warranting clinical promotion and application.
