归肾丸合逍遥散加减联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗肝郁肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征的回顾性研究OA
A retrospective study on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome by combining modified Guishen Pill and Xiaoyao San combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet
目的 分析归肾丸合逍遥散加减联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗肝郁肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效.方法 回顾性选取 2022 年 3 月～2025 年 3 月西南医科大学附属中医医院妇科门诊收治的 97 例肝郁肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为观察组(48 例)和对照组(49 例).观察组给予归肾丸合逍遥散加减联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,治疗 3 个疗程.比较 2 组患者治疗前后的中医证候评分、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、LH/FSH 比值水平、BMI 指数、停药后月经周期,并记录治疗期间的不良反应.结果 治疗后观察组中医证候评分更低,黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、LH/FSH 比值水平降低,停药后月经周期恢复更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2 组治疗后的卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、BMI指数及不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 归肾丸合逍遥散加减联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗肝郁肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征患者可有效缓解临床症状,改善激素水平,促进月经周期恢复,安全性较高,优于单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Guishen Pill and Xiaoyao San combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 97 patients with PCOS of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome who visited the gynecology outpatient clinic of The Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University from March 2022 to March 2025.Based on different treatment regimens,they were divided into an observation group(48 cases)and a control group(49 cases).The observation group was treated with modified Guishen Pill and Xiaoyao San combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet,while the control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet alone.Both groups were treated for three treatment courses.The TCM syndromic scores,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),LH/FSH ratio levels,BMI index,menstrual cycle after stopping the medication were compared between the 2 groups before and after the treatment.The adverse reactions during the treatment were also recorded.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower TCM evidence scores,lower levels of LH,T,and LH/FSH ratio,and better recovery of the menstrual cycle after drug cessation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The differences in FSH levels,BMI index,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups after the treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with PCOS with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome by combining modified Guishen Pill and Xiaoyao San combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the hormone level,promote the restoration of the menstrual cycle,and has a higher safety profile,which is better than that of the treatment of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet alone.
