"醒脑开窍法"体针联合"焦氏"头针对不同时间窗急性缺血性脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢功能的影响OA

Objective To observed the curative effect of"Xingnao Kaiqiao"body acupuncture combined with"Jiao's"scalp acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia in different time windows,so as to explore the appropriate and safe time window for the combined application of head and body acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods We collected 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia who were hospitalized in Xiangshan County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The onset time of acupuncture after admission was divided into two groups(Group 72h～7d after onset and Group 12h～72h after onset).There were 30 cases in each group.In addition to the comprehensive treatment of Western medicine,patients in the Group 72h～7d after onset and Group 12h～72h after onset were treated with"Xingnao Kaiqiao"body acupuncture and"Jiao's"scalp acupuncture within 72h～7d and 12h～72h of onset,respectively,for 3 weeks.We counted and analyzed the Brunnstrom,Ashworth spasticity assessment and Fugl Meyer,Barthel Index scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,so as to evaluate the improvement of the function of patients with upper limb hemiplegia in two groups,and evaluate the safety in the treatment process.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the Brunnstrom,Ashworth spasticity assessment,and Fugl-Meyer,Barthel index scores of both groups improved after treatment(P<0.001),and the Group 12h～72h after onset was significantly better than the Group 72h～7d after onset(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed during the treatment process.Conclusion"Xingnao Kaiqiao"body acupuncture therapy combined with"Jiao's"scalp acupuncture can improve the function of upper limbs in hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke.The earlier the comprehensive treatment,the more obvious the curative effect,and the safety is reliable.
