全程化阶梯式分级治疗直肠癌术后低位前切除综合征的研究进展OA

After low anterior resection for rectal cancer,patients often develop low anterior resection syndrome(LARS),characterized by symptoms such as increased stool frequency,urgency,incontinence,and incomplete evacuation,which sig-nificantly impairs their quality of life.Based on existing studies,this article reviews the assessment tools for LARS and the stepped-care management strategy,and focuses on analyzing the application status of various assessment methods and the re-search progress of relevant intervention measures within this management paradigm.It aims to summarize the current research progress of LARS,provide a theoretical reference for its clinical standardized assessment and individualized treatment,and offer insights for future research.
