为探究酵母代谢物及其配合物对草鱼养殖水体的影响,调查分析了添加酵母代谢物及其配合物后草鱼养殖水体的理化因子和藻类群落的变化情况.结果显示,试验结束时,相较于不添加酵母代谢物的对照组 C,试验组 Y(添加酵母代谢物)和试验组 T(添加酵母代谢物配合物)的 pH 分别升高了 1.9%、4.3%,透明度分别降低了 10.3%、20.5%,总氮含量分别增加了 4.3%、15.6%,总磷含量分别增加了 7.3%、32.7%;共鉴定藻类 9 门 101 种,试验组的优势种主要是可作为鱼类饵料的隐藻、小环藻和栅藻,试验组的藻类种类数大于对照组,藻类多样性指数总体高于对照组;C 组、Y 组、T 组的藻类细胞密度分别为 7.22×107、11.81×107、16.41×107 cells/L,叶绿素 a 质量浓度分别为(35.70±3.3)、(46.76±4.21)、(58.30±4.01)μg/L;酵母代谢物及其配合物的添加使得养殖水体的蓝藻相对丰度显著减少,绿藻、硅藻相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05).研究结果对酵母代谢物及其配合物应用于草鱼养殖肥水具有参考意义.

To investigate the effects of yeast metabolites and their complexes on grass carp culture water,changes in physicochemical factors and algal community were examined after their addition.Compared to the control group C,the pH values increased by 1.9%and 4.3%in experimental groups Y(added yeast metabolites)and T(add-ed yeast metabolite complexes),respectively.Water transparency decreased by 10.3%and 20.5%,respectively.The total nitrogen content increased by 4.3%and 15.6%,and the total phosphorus content increased by 7.3%and 32.7%.A total of 101 algae species belonging to 9 phyla were identified,with Cryptophyta,Cyclotella,and Scenedesmaceae being dominant species in the experimental groups,which can serve as fish food sources.The number of algae species and diversity index were higher in the experimental groups than in the control group.Algal cell density was 7.22×107,11.81×107,and 16.41×107 cells/L for groups C,Y,and T,respectively,and chlorophyll a concentrations were(35.70±3.3),(46.76±4.21),and(58.30±4.01)μg/L,in groups C,Y,and T,respectively.The addition of yeast metabolites and their complexes significantly reduced the relative abun-dance of Cyanobacteria while significantly increasing those of Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta(P<0.05).These results suggest that yeast metabolites and their complexes have potential for improving pond fertilization in grass carp aquaculture,providing a reference for their scientific application in aquaculture water quality management.
