长吻鱼危的胚胎发育过程观察OA
Observation of the embryonic development process of Leiocassis longirostris
为阐明长吻鱼危(Leiocassis longirostris)胚胎发育的时序特征与形态变化,在 25℃水温、微水流条件下对其胚胎发育过程进行了系统观测.结果显示:受精卵历时 50 h 15 min 孵化为初孵仔鱼,胚胎发育过程依次经历胚盘期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、器官形成期及孵化出膜期共 7 个阶段.各阶段主要形态特征为:胚盘期形成半透明胚盘;卵裂期胚胎呈桑葚状;囊胚期动物极由突出渐趋平缓;原肠期胚层下包范围逐渐扩大;神经胚期胚孔闭合、胚环消失;器官形成期眼基分化、尾芽出现并伴节律性扭动;孵化出膜期尾部率先破膜,最终胚体随摆动脱出成为初孵仔鱼.该研究结果可为该物种人工繁殖技术优化和资源保护提供理论依据.
To elucidate the sequential characteristics and morphological changes during embryonic development of Leiocassis longirostris,the embryonic development process was systematically observed under conditions of 25℃water temperature and gentle water flow.The results showed that fertilized eggs hatched into newly-hatched larvae after 50 h 15 min.The embryonic development process sequentially underwent seven stages:blastodisc stage,cleavage stage,blastula stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage,organogenesis stage,and hatching stage.The main morphological features of each stage were as follows:a translucent blastodisc formed during the blastodisc stage;the embryo appeared mulberry-shaped during the cleavage stage;the animal pole protruded prominently and then gradually flattened during the blastula stage;the germ layers progressively enveloped the yolk during the gastrula stage;the blastopore closed and the embryonic ring disappeared during the neurula stage;eye buds differentiated and the tail bud formed with rhythmic twitching during the organogenesis stage;during the hatching stage,the tail broke through the membrane first,and the embryo eventually completely emerged through continuous body move-ments.This study provides a theoretical basis for optimizing artificial reproduction techniques and resource conser-vation.
