近年来,国内外完井工程领域涌现出高强度可溶新型复合材料的创新应用,其在井下工具中的实践已成为备受关注的新技术,为优化完井工艺提供关键解决方案.该技术的核心在于以高强度可溶复合材料为原料,制备出适配井下工况的可溶销钉.在筛管完井作业前期,可溶销钉被精准安装以对筛管流道实施暂堵,从而快速构建起稳定的机械密封环境,满足钻井过程中井筒压力调控、钻井液循环等核心作业需求,保障前期施工安全高效推进.待钻井作业进入后期完井阶段,无需复杂机械操作,仅需注入常规洗井液——高浓度氯离子溶液,即可启动暂堵材料的溶解进程.这类盐溶液能与可溶销钉发生可控化学作用,使其逐步溶解并消失,原本封堵的筛管流道随之畅通,最终高效实现筛管暂堵完井工艺的全流程闭环,大幅简化作业步骤并降低施工风险.

In recent years,innovative applications of high-strength soluble new composite materials have emerged in the field of drilling and completion engineering at home and abroad.Their practice in downhole tools has become a new technology that has attracted much attention,providing key solutions for optimizing completion processes.The core of this technology is to use high-strength soluble composite materials as raw materials to prepare soluble pins that are suitable for underground working conditions.In the early stage of screen completion operations,soluble pins are accurately installed to temporarily plug the screen flow channel,thereby quickly establishing a stable mechanical sealing environment,meeting core operational requirements such as wellbore pressure control and drilling fluid circulation during the drilling process,and ensuring early construction safe and efficient advancement.When the drilling operation enters the later completion stage,complex mechanical operations are not needed.Only the conventional well washing fluid-high-concentration chloride solution is injected to start the dissolution process of the temporary plugging material.This kind of salt solution can have a controllable chemical reaction with the soluble pin,causing it to gradually dissolve and disappear,and the originally blocked screen flow channel will be smooth.Finally,the full-process closed loop of the screen temporary plugging completion process is efficiently realized,greatly simplifying the operation steps and reducing construction risks.
