基于MSC.Patran&Nastran有限元软件的某大型运输机平尾有限元模型修正OA
根据限制载荷静力试验得到的主传力结构实测应变数据和位移数据,分析得到某大型运输机平尾自然网格有限元模型内力分布和位移解的误差分布数据.结果表明,模型内力分布与刚度均与实测数据有较大差异;结合模型简化措施,以及实测数据的趋势与结构传力特点,对该有限元模型进行修正并重新进行误差分析;修正后的有限元模型内力分布与试验实测一致性得到显著改善,位移数据也与试验实测高度吻合.
Based on the measured strain data and displacement data of the main force-transmitting structure obtained from the limited load static test,the internal force distribution and the error distribution data of the displacement solution of the natural mesh finite element model of the horizontal tail of a large transport aircraft are analyzed.The results show that the internal force distribution and rigidity of the model are significantly different from the measured data.Using the model simplification measures,the trend of the measured data and the force transfer characteristics of the structure,the finite element model was revised and the error analysis was re-performed.The consistency between the internal force distribution of the revised finite element model and the test measurement was significantly improved,and the displacement data was also highly consistent with the test measurement.
