基于集成模型的飞机零部件装配工时定额技术OA
为进一步提高飞机零部件装配工时预测结果的精确性,提出一种基于集成模型的飞机零部件装配工时定额技术.基于装配难度系数的装配工时定额模型从微观角度分析装配工艺、物料特征等因素对装配工时的影响;基于数据包络分析法的装配工时定额模型从宏观角度分析整条装配线投入产出对装配工时的影响.结合 2种模型的优势得到集成模型后,设计实验进行工时预测对比.结果表明,集成模型的工时预测精度高于单一模型,估算效率和估算精度均得到提升.
In order to further improve the accuracy of prediction results of aircraft parts assembly man-hours,an aircraft parts assembly man-hours quota technology based on integrated model is proposed.The assembly man-hour quota model based on assembly difficulty coefficient analyzes the influence of factors such as assembly process and material characteristics on assembly man-hours from a microscopic perspective;an assembly man-hour quota model based on data envelopment analysis analyzes the input-output of the entire assembly line on assembly man-hours from a macro perspective.After combining the advantages of the two models to obtain an integrated model,this paper designs experiments to compare man-hour predictions.The results show that the man-hour prediction accuracy of the integrated model is higher than that of the single model,and both estimation efficiency and estimation accuracy are improved.
