This paper addresses the challenge of structural deformation inherent in the large-scale and thin-walled characteristics of steel containment vessel(CV)cylindrical modules during nuclear island construction for nuclear power plants.It systematically introduces an integrated hoisting-transportation construction technique.The core of this technique lies in integrating the hoisting and transportation processes into a managed continuum through integrated process design,development of specialized tooling,and precise process control,with a primary focus on overcoming deformation control challenges for the massive cylindrical structure throughout then tire handling operation.The summarized key technical points and implementation experience provide crucial technical references and practical guidance for the safe,efficient,and high-quality execution of hoisting and transportation phases in subsequent large-scale,thin-walled modular projects of a similar nature.
