特殊环形端面焊缝射线检测技术研究OA

在核级大型工件制造过程中,会产生一条特殊结构的端面焊缝,该焊缝属于 I级焊缝,在设计技术条件中要求对该条焊缝进行射线检测.该研究针对该焊缝在射线检测时由于工件结构和空间环境限制存在的常规射线检测方式无法实施的技术难题,开展射线检测工艺试验.通过 γ射线检测工艺试验,摸索出射线源的最佳位置和最佳检测工艺,并将在射线源最佳位置和最佳检测工艺状态下的 γ射线检测结果与常规 X 射线检测结果进行对比,以验证 γ射线的检测效果.试验结果证明,采用该研究确定的检测工艺较好地解决该焊缝射线检测中存在的技术难题,为保证焊缝的质量打下技术基础.

During the manufacturing process of large-scale nuclear-level workpieces,an end weld with a special structure will be produced.This weld belongs to a Class I weld.The design technical conditions require radiographic testing of this weld.This research carried out radiographic testing process tests to address the technical problems that conventional radiographic testing methods cannot be implemented due to the limitations of the workpiece structure and space environment during radiographic testing of the weld.Through the γ-ray detection process experiment,the best position of the ray source and the best detection process are found,and the γ-ray detection results at the best position of the ray source and the best detection process state are compared with the conventional X-ray detection results to verify the detection effect of γ-rays.The test results prove that the testing process determined in this study can better solve the technical problems existing in radiographic testing of the weld and lay a technical foundation for ensuring the quality of the weld.
