为保障工程建设与科研试验相互交叉实施过程中现场科研人员人身安全,顺利完成现场科研试验,通过对工程与科研协同推进过程中面临的安全管理问题进行分析,找出安全管理的不足之处,建立地下实验室工程+科研协同推进智能化安全管控系统.智能化安全管控系统包含安全风险数据库、安全培训系统、安全风险智能监控系统和智能化安全管控系统四部分组成,具备安全风险感知、安全风险集成管理、安全风险智能管控功能.智能化安全管控体系的建设提升地下实验室工程建设及科研活动本质安全水平,可以为重大科研工程建设阶段工程与科研协同推进智能化安全管理体系的建立提供参考.

In order to ensure the personal safety of on-site scientific researchers and successfully complete on-site scientific research tests during the cross-implementation of engineering construction and scientific research tests,the safety management problems faced in the collaborative advancement of engineering and scientific research are analyzed to identify shortcomings in safety management and establish an underground laboratory engineering plus scientific research collaborative promotion of intelligent safety management and control system.The intelligent security management and control system consists of four parts:a security risk database,a security training system,an intelligent security risk monitoring system,and an intelligent security management and control system.It has security risk awareness,integrated security risk management,and intelligent security risk management and control functions.The construction of an intelligent safety management and control system improves the intrinsic safety level of underground laboratory engineering construction and scientific research activities,and can provide reference for the coordination of engineering and scientific research to promote the establishment of an intelligent safety management system during the construction stage of major scientific research projects.
