偏心亚半球药型罩结构参数对杆式射流成型的影响OA

针对传统聚能装药射流炸高小、易断裂及爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)速度不足等问题,该文研究偏心亚半球药型罩结构参数对杆式射流成型的影响.结果表明,长径比增大显著提升射流速度与有效长度,C=1.8 时头部速度达 4 827 m/s;壁厚增加会降低射流性能,B=2 mm 时形成细长且速度梯度合理的射流;偏心距 P=70 mm 时,头部速度提升至 4 904 m/s;曲率半径 R=170 mm 时有效长度增至186.5 mm.最终优化参数组合为 C=1.8、B=2 mm、P=70 mm、R=170 mm,射流头部速度 4 904 m/s,尾部速度 2 136 m/s,有效长度 186.5 mm,可形成连续致密的高质量杆式射流,为聚能装药战斗部设计提供理论支撑.

Aiming at the problems of traditional shaped charge jets such as small explosion height,easy fracture and insufficient explosive formed projectile(EFP)velocity,the influence of eccentric sub-hemispherical liner structural parameters on rod-type jet formation is studied in this paper.The results show that increasing the length-diameter ratio significantly improves the jet speed and effective length,and the jet head's speed reaches 4,827 m/s at C=1.8;increasing the wall thickness reduces the jet performance,and a slender jet with reasonable velocity gradient is formed at B=2 mm;when the eccentricity P=70 mm,the jet head's speed increases to 4,904 m/s;when the radius of curvature R=170 mm,the effective length increases to 186.5 mm.The final optimized parameter combination is C=1.8,B=2 mm,P=70 mm,R=170 mm,the jet head's speed is 4,904 m/s,the tail's speed is 2,136 m/s,and the effective length is 186.5 mm.It can form a continuous dense high-quality rod-type jet,providing theoretical support for the design of shaped charge warheads.
