条斑紫菜丝状体耐高温评价体系构建OA

Establishment of a High-Temperature Tolerance Evaluation System for the Filaments of Pyropia yezoensis

针对条斑紫菜丝状体耐高温评价体系缺乏标准化方法的问题,本研究建立了科学的耐高温评价模型.通过测定20℃(适温)、25℃(高温)条件下95个条斑紫菜丝状体的主枝长度(Main branch length,MBL)、侧枝长度(Side branch length,SBL)、主枝数量(Number of main branches,NMB)、侧枝数量(Number of lateral branches,NLB)和丝状体面积(Con-chocelis area,CA)等生长参数,利用耐热系数、隶属函数值、熵值法、聚类分析法等进行分析,发现性状间均存在显著相关性,MBL、SBL、NLB等性状的权重值达20%以上,并通过多元线性回归分析法构建了综合评价指数(Comprehensive evalu-ation index,D)的线性预测模型Di=0.173×KNLB,i+0.146×KSBL,i+0.112×SCA,i+0.181×KNMB,i+0.115×KMBL,i,用于评价条斑紫菜丝状体的耐高温.其中NLB、SBL、CA以及NMB等性状作为模型检验的重要指标.

To address the lack of standardized methods for evaluating the high-temperature tolerance of Pyropia yezoensis conchocelis,this study established a scientific evaluation model.Growth parameters,including main branch length(MBL),secondary branch length(SBL),number of main branch(NMB),number of lateral branches(NLB),and conchocelis area(CA),were measured in 95 strains under optimal(20℃)and high-temperature(25℃)conditions.Using heat tolerance coefficients,membership function values,entropy weighting,and cluster analysis,we found significant correlations among these traits,with MBL,SBL,and NLB exhibiting weights exceeding 20%.A multiple linear re-gression model was constructed to predict the comprehensive evaluation index(D):Di=0.173×KNLB,i+0.146×KSBL,i+0.112×SCA,i+0.181×KNMB,i+0.115×KMBL,i,The model identified NLB,SBL,CA,and NMB as key indicators for assessing high-temperature tolerance,providing a reliable tool for screen-ing heat-resistant strains in P.yezoensis cultivation.
