黄河流域绿色物流发展的差异与动态演进OA

Differences and Dynamic Evolution of Green Logistics Development of the Yellow River Basin

基于2014-2023年黄河流域9省份面板数据,运用引入时间加权的粗糙集理论测算了绿色物流发展水平,利用Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计与马尔可夫链等分析了黄河流域绿色物流发展水平的地区差异及动态演进规律.研究结果表明,黄河流域总体绿色物流发展呈上升趋势,但省际与地区差异显著,且呈现"下游领先、中游崛起、上游追赶"的发展态势;地区间差异是黄河流域绿色物流发展水平总体差异的主要来源,成因与各省份的区位条件、经济基础及能源结构密切相关;上游地区绿色物流发展水平存在两极分化现象;绿色物流发展存在空间溢出效应,具有稳定、缓慢并易向高等级转移的特征.

Based on the panel data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2014 to 2023,the development level of green logistics was measured by using the time-weighted rough set theory.The regional differences and dynamic evolution of the development level of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin were analyzed by using Dagum Gini coeffi-cient,kernel density estimation and Markov chain.The results show that the overall green logistics development in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise,but there are signifi-cant differences between provinces and regions,and the development trend of'leading in the lower reaches,rising in the middle reaches and catching up in the upper reaches'is presented.The regional difference is the main source of the overall difference in the devel-opment level of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin.The causes are closely related to the geographical conditions,economic base and energy structure of each province.There is polarization in the development level of green logistics in the upstream region;there is a spatial spillover effect in the development of green logistics,which is stable,slow and easy to transfer to a high level.
