基于系统动力学模型的集群式供应链跨链知识共享OA
Knowledge Sharing of Cluster Supply Chain between Cross Links Based on System Dynamics Model
集群式供应链跨链知识共享是突破组织边界、整合多方资源的关键策略,明晰知识共享双方的协同机制,可促进集群的知识交流与问题解决.基于此,探讨了知识共享下集群式供应链链内与链间的协同运行机制,分析集群式供应链跨链间知识共享的影响因素,构建集群式供应链跨链间的知识共享系统动力学模型,运用仿真软件验证模型的合理性和有效性.研究结果表明,模型能够描述跨链知识共享行为的演化过程,可为改进供应链间的知识转移行为的机制设计提供参考.
Cross-chain knowledge sharing in cluster supply chain is a key strategy to break through organizational boundaries and integrate multi-party resources.Clarifying the coor-dination mechanism between knowledge sharing parties can promote knowledge exchange and problem solving in clusters.Based on this,the collaborative operation mechanism of intra-chain and inter-chain of cluster supply chain under knowledge sharing was discussed,the influencing factors of knowledge sharing between cross-chains of cluster supply chain was analyzed,the system dynamics model of knowledge sharing between cross-chains of cluster supply chain was constructed,and the rationality and effectiveness of the model was verified by simulation software.The research results show that the model could de-scribe the evolution process of cross-chain knowledge sharing behavior,and could provide reference for improving the mechanism design of knowledge transfer behavior between supply chains.
