汽车前舱储物盒密封圈对行人头部保护的影响研究OA

头部伤害是行人碰撞交通事故中常见的损伤类型.随着纯电动汽车的普及,其前舱的布置形式与传统燃油车相比有了显著的变化,许多车型在前舱内增加了带有密封圈的储物盒,而密封圈的存在对行人头部伤害的影响也不可忽视.基于此,依据中国保险汽车安全指数(C-IASI),采用试验与仿真相结合的方式开展储物盒密封圈对于行人头部保护的影响分析.利用仿真软件LS-DYNA搭建行人保护有限元模型,并提出一种用于行人保护仿真分析的密封圈建模方法,将试验数据与仿真分析结果对标,验证有限元模型的准确性.基于已验证的有限元模型,研究不同的密封圈布置形式对于头部伤害的影响.结果表明,储物盒密封圈会对头型伤害值产生较大的影响,对于前机舱区域布置了储物盒密封圈的车辆,相较于密封圈缩小的情况,密封圈扩大的布置更有利于行人保护头型性能的提升.

Head impact is one of the most common types of injury in vehicle-pedestrian collisions.With the widespread adoption of pure electric vehicles,their front compartment layouts have diverged significantly from those of conventional internal combustion engine vehicles.In many electric vehicle models,a storage box with sealing rings is added to the front compartment.Consequently,the influence of these sealing rings on pedestrian head injuries is significant and cannot be ignored.Therefore,a combined method of experimental testing and simulation was adopted to analyze the influence of storage box sealing rings on pedestrian head protection according to the C-IASI.A finite element model was developed using LS-DYNA,and a specific modeling method for the sealing rings was proposed.The accuracy of the finite element model was verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data.Based on the validated finite element model,the effects of different sealing ring arrangements on head injury were analyzed.The results indicate that the storage box sealing rings have a substantial influence on head injury values.And for vehicles equipped with front compartment sealing rings,an enlarged sealing ring layout is more beneficial to improving pedestrian head protection performance than a reduced layout.
