汽车企业智能制造竞争力指数评价体系研究OA
An Evaluation System for Intelligent Manufacturing Competitiveness of Automotive Companies
汽车智能制造体系对于汽车企业提质、增效、降本地打造汽车产品具有重要意义,然而目前针对汽车企业的智能制造评价体系尚不多见.新时期汽车产业更趋复杂,多主体、多要素相互交织、彼此影响.为确保评价体系充分反映汽车企业的最新特征和发展方向,提出了基于理想图景建立评价体系的方法框架.采用该方法,以澄清汽车智能制造内涵为切入点,系统梳理研发、生产、供应、营销、服务等领域的核心要素,识别汽车智能制造的理想图景与关键场景,建立了多维度的汽车企业智能制造竞争力指数评价体系.该评价体系可用于整车企业和规模化供应商开展量化评价,以明确自身智能制造总体水平与各领域优劣势,从而制定或调整智能制造发展战略及落地措施.
Intelligent manufacturing systems are crucial for automotive companies to improve quality,enhance efficiency,and reduce costs.However,evaluation systems specifically designed for intelligent manufacturing in automotive companies remain limited.In the current era,the automotive industry has become increasingly complex,with multiple entities and elements intertwined and mutually influential.To ensure the evaluation system reflects the latest characteristics and development directions of automotive companies,a methodological framework based on an ideal vision is proposed for building such a system.Using this framework,the paper begins by clarifying the concept and scope of automotive intelligent manufacturing.It then systematically organizes the core elements across R&D,production,supply,sales,and service,and identifies the ideal vision and key scenarios.Subsequently,a multi-dimensional competitiveness index evaluation system for automotive intelligent manufacturing is established.Applicable to both vehicle manufacturers and large-scale suppliers,this system enables the quantitative assessment of overall intelligent manufacturing levels as well as domain-specific strengths and weaknesses,thereby supporting the formulation,adjustment and implementation of development strategies.
