A comprehensive review of load balancing in unmanned aerial vehicle swarm

为解决现有研究中负载评估维度单一、动态调控适应性不足的问题,同时明确负载均衡与任务规划的深度绑定关系,本文对无人机集群负载均衡技术应用现状、存在问题及应对方法展开综述.首先,梳理嵌入静态规划模型中的负载均衡方法、动态自适应模型及被动响应式负载调整策略三类核心技术,深入分析各类方法的技术特性与优缺点;然后,剖析当前研究面临的多维负载感知与静态评估体系不匹配、动态调控需求与静态架构博弈失衡双重核心矛盾;最后,提出涵盖多维评估指标体系构建、先进度量方法应用和分布式低耗算法设计的一体化解决路径.研究结果为多维负载评估体系构建、低耗分布式算法设计及动态调控策略优化提供理论支撑.

To address the problems of single-dimensional load evaluation and insufficient adaptability of dynamic regulation in existing research,while clarifying the deeply coupled relationship between load balancing and task planning,this paper conducts a comprehensive review of the application status,existing problems and corresponding solutions of load balancing technology for UAV swarms.Firstly,it sorts out three categories of core technologies:load balancing methods embedded in static planning models,dynamic adaptive models,and passive responsive load adjustment strategies,and analyzes in depth the technical characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each method.Then,it dissects the two core contradictions faced by current research:the mismatch between multi-dimensional load perception and static evaluation systems,and the imbalanced trade-off between dynamic regulation demands and static architecture constraints.Finally,an integrated solution path is proposed,which includes the construction of a multi-dimensional evaluation index system,the application of ad-vanced measurement methods,and the design of distributed low-consumption algorithms.The research results provide a theo-retical reference for the optimization and upgrading of UAV swarm load balancing technology.
