基于GraphRAG的无人机集群作战效能评估OA
Knowledge Graph-based evaluation of uav swarm combat effectiveness
针对目前无人机集群作战效能评估缺乏从推演仿真到评估的路径,提出了一种基于 GraphRAG 的评估方法,充分利用推演仿真数据,真实、客观反映无人机集群的作战效能.首先,利用无人机集群推演仿真的数据,如攻击、探测以及作战效果等,构建知识图谱;其次,通过知识图谱构建关于评估指标的图检索增强生成系统(Graph Retriev-al-Augmented Generation,GraphRAG),结合大语言模型智能生成合理的评估指标体系;最后,利用信息熵法实现无人机集群的作战效能评估.通过构建无人机集群对地攻击作战场景,验证了所提方法的有效性,为体系效能评估开辟了新的方法路径.
To address the current lack of a pathway from deduction simulation to evaluation in the assessment of UAV swarm operational effectiveness,a GraphRAG-based evaluation method was proposed,which fully utilizes deduction simulation data to reflect the operational effectiveness of UAV swarms in a realistic and objective manner.First,a knowledge graph was con-structed using data from UAV swarm deduction simulations,such as attack,detection,and operational effect data.Subse-quently,a Graph Retrieval-Augmented Generation(GraphRAG)system based on evaluation indicators was developed using the knowledge graph,combined with a large language model to intelligently generate a reasonable evaluation indicator sys-tem.Finally,the information entropy method was employed to achieve the operational effectiveness evaluation of UAV swarms.By constructing a UAV swarm ground attack operational scenario,the effectiveness of the proposed method was veri-fied,opening a new methodological pathway for system effectiveness evaluation.
