羊草种质资源圃规划设计与建设实践OA
Planning,Design,and Construction Practice of Leymus chinensis Germplasm Resource Garden
羊草作为禾本科牧草之王,具有丰富的遗传多样性,为培育高产、耐盐碱、耐寒、耐旱、抗性强的羊草新品种,将搜集、创制筛选出的优质种质资源,按表观生长性状分类种植在专业化的羊草种质资源圃,并对所有材料进行系统观察和验证.目前针对羊草育种研究很多,但针对种质资源圃的规划设计与建设的研究相对较少,本文以白城羊草种质资源圃为参考设计不同育种阶段的育种小区,采用不同施工材料以及方法,综述种质资源圃的规划设计与修建实践,为今后规模化的种质资源圃建设提供参考.
As the king of forage in Poaceae,Leymus chinensis has rich genetic diversity.In order to cultivate new varieties of Leymus chinensis with high yield,salt-alkali tolerance,cold resistance,drought resistance and strong stress resistance,high-quality germplasm resources collected,created and screened were classified and planted in specialized Leymus chinensis germplasm resource gardens according to apparent growth traits,and all materials were systematically observed and verified.At present,there are many studies on Leymus chinensis breeding,but relatively few on the planning,design and construction of germplasm resource gardens.Taking the Baicheng Leymus chinensis germplasm resource garden as a reference,this paper designed breeding plots at different breeding stages with different construction materials and methods,and summarized the planning,design and construction practice of germplasm resource gardens,so as to provide a reference for the construction of large-scale germplasm resource gardens in the future.
