Prediction of Suitable Habitats of Liriomyza huidobrensis in China Based on GARP and MaxEnt Models

南美斑潜蝇(Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard)作为全球性入侵农业害虫,对我国农业生产和生态环境构成严重威胁.为精准明确其在我国的潜在分布范围,本研究结合 115 个有效分布点数据与 WorldClim 全球气象插值数据(Bio1~Bio19),运用 GARP、MaxEnt 生态位模型及 GIS 技术构建适生区预测体系,分析 2 种模型的预测差异及主导环境因子.结果显示:MaxEnt 模型 AUC 值达 0.990,预测精度极高,最热季度降水量(Bio18)、最干季度均温(Bio9)和最湿季度降水量(Bio16)为影响该虫分布的核心环境因子;GARP 模型预测其高度适生区占比 27.60%,覆盖华东、华中、华南及西南大部分地区,西北、东北亦有广泛适生区域;MaxEnt 模型预测高度适生区占比 3.79%,主要集中于云贵川地区及燕山-太行山脉-巫山-雪峰山两侧.研究结果可为我国南美斑潜蝇的检疫防控、监测预警提供科学依据,对降低其入侵危害具有重要实践意义.

Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard,a globally invasive agricultural pest,poses a severe threat to agricultural production and the ecological environment in China.To accurately identify its potential distribution range in China,this study integrated data from115 valid distribution sites with WorldClim global meteorological interpolation data(Bio1~Bio19),and constructed a suitable habitat prediction system by applying GARP,MaxEnt niche models and GIS technology to analyze the prediction differences between the two models and the dominant environmental factors affecting the pest"s distribution.The results showed that the AUC value of the MaxEnt model reached 0.990,indicating an extremely high prediction accuracy;precipitation of the warmest quarter(Bio18),mean temperature of the driest quarter(Bio9)and precipitation of the wettest quarter(Bio16)were the core environmental factors influencing the distribution of L.huidobrensis.The GARP model predicted that the highly suitable habitats accounted for 27.60%of the study area,covering most regions of East China,Central China,South China and Southwest China,with extensive suitable areas also distributed in Northwest China and Northeast China.In contrast,the MaxEnt model predicted that the highly suitable habitats only accounted for 3.79%,which were mainly concentrated in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan provinces,as well as the two sides of the Yanshan-Taihang Mountains-Wushan-Xuefeng Mountains belt.The research results can provide a scientific basis for the quarantine,prevention and control,as well as monitoring and early warning of L.huidobrensis in China,and have important practical significance for reducing the invasive hazards of this pest.
