作为经典的药食同源中药材,葛根(Pueraria lobata)具有悠久的药用和食用历史.现代药理研究证实,其富含葛根素、大豆苷元等异黄酮类化合物及多糖、蛋白质等多种活性成分,展现出显著的抗炎、抗氧化、调节自噬、改善线粒体功能等多维度的抗衰老药理活性.本文系统综述了葛根及其活性成分延缓机体衰老及防治衰老相关疾病的核心分子机制,重点阐述了其在抗氧化应激与炎症反应、调节自噬、改善线粒体功能等方面的作用.本综述深入解析了葛根"多成分-多靶点-多通路"协同抗衰老的药理作用,为葛根在衰老疾病领域的应用和抗衰老功能产品的开发提供了新的参考.

As a Medicinal and edible herb in China,Pueraria lobata has s a long history of medicinal and dietary application.Modern pharmacological research identified its bioactive compounds,including isoflavonoids(puerarin,daidzein,and genistein),polysaccharides,proteins,and other constituents.These components demonstrate significant anti-aging pharmacological activities,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,autophagy regulation,and improvement of mitochondrial function.This review systematically summarizes the core molecular mechanisms of Pueraria lobata and its active constituents in delaying the aging process and preventing aging-related diseases,particularly in counteracting oxidative stress and inflammatory responses,regulating autophagy,and enhancing mitochondrial function.This review provides an in-depth analysis of the"multi-component-multi-target-multi-pathway"synergistic anti-aging pharmacological effect of Pueraria lobata.Under the circumstance of population aging,this review provides a reference for the application of Pueraria lobata in age-related diseases and the development of anti-aging products.
