不同药剂不同时期防治玉米大斑病田间药效试验研究OA
Field Efficacy Analysis of Different Fungicides Applied at Various Growth Stages for Controlling Corn Northern Leaf Blight
本试验选择代森锰锌、吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、唑醚·氟环唑5种杀菌剂于玉米小喇叭口期、抽雄期喷施防治玉米大斑病田间药效试验,结果表明,在玉米小喇叭口期大斑病尚未发生时,喷施70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂预防有一定的保护作用,但防效较差.25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂、35%唑醚·氟环唑悬浮剂等杀菌剂有较好的防效,药后14d对玉米大斑病的平均防效为63.59%~70.63%,药后28d防效为74.91%~83.52%.生产上采用代森锰锌与其他参试药剂配合应用,成本低、防效好,且持效期长.
In this study,five fungicides-mancozeb,pyraclostrobin,difenoconazole,tebuconazole,and pyraclostrobin·epoxiconazole were selected for field efficacy trials for controlling northern corn leaf blight by spraying at the small trumpet stage and the tasseling stage.The results showed that,when northern corn leaf blight had not yet occurred at the small trumpet stage,application of 70%mancozeb wettable powder(WP)had a certain protective effect,but the overall control efficacy was poor.Fungicides such as 25%pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate(SC),10%difenoconazole water dispersible granule(WG),430 g/L tebuconazole suspension concentrate(SC)and 35%pyraclostrobin·epoxiconazole suspension concentrate(SC)presented good control efficacy.The average control efficacy against northern corn leaf blight reached 63.59%~70.63%at 14 days after application and 74.91%~83.52%at 28 days after application.Under production conditions,the combined application of mancozeb with the other tested fungicides results in low cost,good control efficacy,and a long-persistence period.
