辛酰碘苯腈原药液相色谱分析方法研究OA
Study on the HPLC Analysis Method for Iodobenzonitrile Octanoate TC
本研究建立了辛酰碘苯腈原药的高效液相色谱分析方法,以乙腈与0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,采用C18柱分离,结合二极管阵列检测器(230 nm),对辛酰碘苯腈原药进行定量分析.研究结果显示,辛酰碘苯腈的线性相关系数(r)为0.9999,线性关系良好,标准偏差为0.08,变异系数仅0.09%,具有良好的精密度.
A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the separation and quantitative determination of Iodobenzonitrile Octanoate in technical material(TC).The analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column using acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 aqueous solution as the mobile phase,with detection at a wavelength of 230nm.The result showed a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999,a standard deviation of 0.08,and a coefficient of variation(CV)of 0.09%.
