高效液相色谱法测定76%乙·莠·滴辛酯悬乳剂中有效成分含量OA
Determination of Active Ingredients in 76%Acetochlor·Atrazine·Diclofop-methyl Suspension Emulsion by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
本文采用高效液相色谱法,在同一条件下同时测定76%乙·莠·滴辛酯悬乳剂中乙草胺、莠去津和2,4-滴异辛酯的含量.方法采用C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器(230 nm)检测.试验验证结果表明:乙草胺、莠去津和2,4-滴异辛酯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 1、0.999 2、0.999 4,标准偏差分别为0.004 9、0.005 4、0.001 8,相对标准偏差分别为1.54%、1.70%、1.54%,平均回收率分别为99.31%、99.17%、99.02%.
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the simultaneous determination of acetochlor,atrazine and 2,4-D isooctyl ester in 76%acetochlor·atrazine·2,4-D isooctyl ester suspension emulsion(SE)under the same chromatographic conditions.The separation was performed on a C18 column,using methanol-phosphoric acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase with gradient elution,and the detection was carried out using a diode array detector(DAD)at a wavelength of 230 nm.The validation results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of acetochlor,atrazine and 2,4-D isooctyl ester were 0.999 1,0.999 2 and 0.999 4,respectively;the standard deviations were 0.004 9,0.005 4 and 0.001 8,respectively;the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 1.54%,1.70%and 1.54%,respectively;and the average recoveries were 99.31%,99.17%and 99.02%,respectively.
