Analysis of Pesticide Use in Rapeseed Production in China and Its Impact on Honeybees

中国在油菜上登记的农药产品共计578个,涉及56种有效成分,包括25种除草剂、19种杀菌剂、6种杀虫剂和6种植物生长调节剂.本文总结了油菜生产中的主要病虫害,分析了化学防治对蜜蜂的潜在风险,并提出了风险管理措施.总体上来说,油菜上使用的杀虫剂对蜜蜂的风险较高,在抽薹现蕾和开花期使用对蜜蜂高毒的杀虫剂如噻虫嗪、溴氰菊酯等极易造成急性中毒和蜜蜂大量死亡.为了预防油菜生产施用农药对蜜蜂的影响,在没有严格的风险防控措施的情况下,油菜抽薹现蕾及开花期应避免使用对蜜蜂高毒的农药防治蚜虫等害虫,尤其是在花期防治油菜菌核病期间不得添加对蜜蜂高毒的杀虫剂;鼓励在油菜上登记对蜜蜂低毒的化学杀虫剂及生物杀虫剂,严格限制在油菜上使用未经安全性评估登记的药剂;农药使用者、蜂农等均应提升对蜜蜂的保护意识,高度重视蜜蜂的生态和社会效益.

A total of 578 pesticide products have been registered on rapeseed in China,involving 56 active ingredients,including 25 herbicides,19 fungicides,6 insecticides,and 6 plant growth regulators.This paper summarized the major pests affecting rapeseed production,analyzed the potential risks of chemical control to honeybees,and proposed risk management measures.Overall,insecticides used on rapeseed pose a high risk to honeybees,and the application of insecticides that are highly toxic to honeybee,such as thiamethoxam and deltamethrin during the bolting,flowering,and blooming stages can easily cause acute poisoning and large-scale bee deaths.To mitigate the impact of pesticide use on honeybees in rapeseed production,insecticides that are highly toxic to bees should be avoided for aphid control during these stages unless strict risk prevention measures are in place.Additionally,during the control of sclerotinia stem rot in rapeseed,the addition of highly toxic insecticides to bee populations,particularly during the flowering period,should be prohibited.Encouragement is given to register low-toxicity chemical and biological insecticides for rapeseed,while strictly limiting the use of unregistered and inadequately assessed agents.Pesticide users,beekeepers,and other stakeholders should enhance their awareness of bee protection and place greater emphasis on the ecological and social benefits of honeybees.
