基于天地空协同感知的"禹环未来村"长期因子观测体系构建OA
Construction of a long-term factor observation system for the"Yuhuan Future Village"based on space-air-ground integrated sensing
面向乡村振兴背景下新时代乡村环境发展需求,为解决乡村环境治理中存在的污染底数不清、监测技术滞后及数据整合困难等问题,本研究创新性地提出了"禹环未来村"这一数智化乡村环境长期因子观测研究范式.围绕未来乡村建设需求,该范式构建了"源头观测-过程分析-末端决策"三阶递进的理论框架体系:源头观测通过集成卫星遥感、无人机航测与地面传感网络,构建天地空协同感知系统,实现多尺度环境因子的实时采集;过程分析依托大数据、云计算与机器学习技术,搭建智慧云析平台与数字孪生模型,实现数据的深度融合与动态解析;末端决策利用智能决策中枢,形成精准预警与科学决策机制,提升环境治理的前瞻性与有效性.本研究结合"禹环未来村"建设规划与治理需求,对该范式的技术路径与运行机制进行了系统构建与验证,为实现乡村环境的智能化治理与可持续发展提供理论与技术支撑.
Against the backdrop of rural revitalization and emerging demands for rural environmental development,this study proposes the"Yuhuan Future Village"as an innovative digital-intelligence-enabled research paradigm for long-term driving-factor observation.This paradigm is developed to address persistent challenges in rural living-environment improvement,including unclear pollution baselines,lagging monitoring technologies,and difficulties in integrating multi-source data.Oriented toward the needs of future-village development,the proposed paradigm establishes a three-stage,progressive theoretical framework comprising source observation,process analysis,and terminal decision-making.Specifically,the source observation stage integrates satellite remote sensing,UAV aerial surveys,and ground-based sensor networks to develop a space-air-ground integrated sensing system,enabling real-time,multi-scale acquisition of environmental factors.The process analysis stage leverages big data,cloud computing,and machine learning to build a smart cloud analytics platform and digital-twin models,thereby supporting deep data fusion and dynamic interpretation.The terminal decision-making stage incorporates an intelligent decision hub to deliver targeted early warnings and evidence-based decision support,enhancing the proactivity and effectiveness of environmental governance.In conjunction with the construction planning and governance requirements of the"Yuhuan Future Village",this study systematically developed and verified the technical pathway and operational mechanism of the proposed paradigm,providing theoretical and technical support for intelligent rural environmental governance and sustainable development.
